NR 2 ENG PYLON CIRCULAR ACCESS PANEL NOT INSTALLED. LEFT INBOARD SIDE OF NR 2 ENGINE PYLON MISSING BLOWOUT PANEL IPC 54-53-01-05 ITEM 245 MFG P/N 311N5049-9. INSTALLED NEW DOOR ASSY. ON NR 2 ENG. STRUT NACELLE PER AMM 54-53-01-404-005-001 . ALSO INSPECTED AREA NO VISUAL DAMAGED FOUND AT THIS TIME.  MISSING INBOARD NR 2 ENGINE  PYLON BLOW OUT PANEL. INSTALLED NEW PANEL IAW AMM 54-53-01-404-005-001. INSPECTED SURROUDING AREA, NO DEFECTS NOTED. OK TO CONTINUE.
