OVEN SMOKING OR SPARKING DR-1 CTR GAL ALL OVENS SMOKING WHEN ON. ALL OVENS TURNED OFF NO MORE SMOKE CREW FILLED OUT FORM 46.6020. AFFECTED AREA NOTIFIED BY CREW TO BE DR-4 OVEN 705. SUSPECTED SMOKE AND ODOR FROM FOOD LIQUIDS. BURN SMELLS REPORTED BY CREW. ON CONDITIONAL INSPECTION REF TO LP 8999442 FOUND BURNT COOKING OIL LIQUID ON FOOD TRUCK AND BOTTOM OF AFFECTED OVEN AND BURNT FISH SMELL. PROCEEDING WITH DEFERRAL OF AFFECTED OVEN. ALL MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES FOLLOWED  REMOVED AND REPLACED OVEN 705.OPS CHECK NORMAL.  REF AMM 25-34-00
