## Discrepancy

FLAPS FAILED TO RETRACT PAST 5 ON DEPARTURE. CREW ERROR WENT PASSED DETENT INTENDED TO FAST AND LOCKED OUT FSCU. RESET CIRCUIT BREAKER OF FSCU, ALL FLAPOPERTIONS NORMAL. REF FIM 32-09 814. PER THE CAPTAIN  HE STATED  TOOK OFF AT FLAPS 5 FLAP LEVER WAS NOT IN THE DETENT, MOVED AROUND AND THEN  MOVED THE FLAP LEVER IN THE DETENT AND WOULDNT GO PASSED FLAP 5. PER FIM 27-51 801 LEG 0 SHOWS MESSAGE FLAP UCM
