FWD ELT CONSTANT BEEPING SOUND PER FA ON ARRIVAL ELT WAS SOUNDING CONTINUOUSLY. REF AMM 25-64-00.  REPLACED PORTABLE ELT AND PERFORMED TRANSMITTER OPS TEST. SECURED AS NORMAL.
