## Discrepancy

R1 DOOR SLIDE FELL OUT OF BEZEL AND IS SITTING ON CATERING TRUCK.  SLIDE WAS INSPECTED NO DAMGE FOUND. LACING INTACT AND PRESSURE GUAGE IN GREEN. RE-INSTALLED SLIDE AND SECURED SCREWS. GIRT BAR CHECKS NORMAL FOR ENNGAGEMENT. AIRCRAFT OKAY FOR SERVICE. INSTALLATION REJECTED DUE TO PILOT DISCREPANCIES FOUND ON R1 DOOR SLIDE. SLIDE INSTALLED IAW AMM 25-66-01-400-804 SLIDE FOUND TO BE NOT DAMAGED ALL LACEING IN NORMAL CONDITION NO DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT. SLIDE STOW NORMALY PEFORMED ONE TIME RII INSPECTION PER GMM 09-25-05. SLIDE INSTALLED PER AMM 25-66-01-400-804 VERIFIED SAFETY PIN REMOVED.PEFORMED ONE TIME RII INSPECTION PER GMM 09-25-05. SLIDE INSTALLED PER AMM 25-66-01-400-804 VERIFIED SAFETY PIN REMOVED.
