WXR FAIL MESSAGE SHOWS CAPTAIN'S    PWS FAIL AND WXR FAIL ON BOTH CAPTAIN AND FO SIDE. OCCURED ABOUT 20 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF. CB CYCLE UNSUCCESSFUL. FOUND TEST MODE ON CONTROL PANEL STILL ENGAGED ON WXR CONTROL PANEL. PERFORMED WXR OPS TEST MULTIPLE TIMESREF AMM 34-43-00-710-802-001. NO FAULTS NOTED DURING ANY TESTS.
