C/W AMM 05-51-26 FOUND OVEN TO BE AT FAULT C/W AMM UP TO  PARAGRAPH C.F-1 AND C/W PARAGRAPH E, PLACING OVEN 425 ON MEL, DDP C/W.  C/W AMM 05-51-26 FOUND OVEN TO BE AT FAULT C/W AMM UP TO  PARAGRAPH C.F-1 AND C/W PARAGRAPH E, PLACING OVEN 425 ON MEL, DDP C/W.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE OVEN AT AFT GALLEY G43/G43. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO ODOR OR BURNING PASTIC SMELL COMING OUT OF IT. REF AMM 25-34-00.
