RIGHT FWD AND AFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT DOES NOT STAY ON DURING LIGHT TEST.   REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY PACK ON M1695 RT OVERWING EXIT EMERGENCY LIGHTS IAW AMM 33-51-06-960-805, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
