DURING EMERGENCY LIGHT OPS CHECK: ROW 31DEF AND 35DEF AISLE LIGHTS, FLOOR PROXIMITY LIGHTS FROM ROW 32ABC AFT, AND R2 DOOR EXIT LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE.  T/S AND FOUND BATT CHARGER AND BATTERY PACK DEAD. REPLACED BATTERY CHARGER AND BATTERY PACK. OPS CHKD NORMAL.
