ACFT CAME IN WITH RT FUEL CAP MISSING.   REF AMM 28-25-00-040-003-A VERIFIED SEAL INTGRITY AND SEAL IS IN GOOD CONDITION, NO FUEL LEAK PRESENT FROM THE SEAL AT THIS TIME.  INSTALLED FUEL CAP IAW AMM 28-25-00.
