## Discrepancy

COULD NOT MAINTAIN CABIN TEMP ACCOMPLISHED 700 CABIN TEMP HOT. CABIN TEMP CONTROLLER BITE PASSED.  FOUND BAD 35 DEGREE VALVE ON RIGHT PACK. VAVLE OPENS, BUT WONT CLOSE.  ALSO, RIGHT CONTROLLER KNOB BROKEN, AND LEFT 35 DEGREE VALVE MISSING POSITION INDICATOR.   RIGHT 35 DEGREE VALVE CHANGED, REF AMM 21-51-30.   REPLACED 35 DEGREE VALVE, AND CONTROLLER, OPS CHECK GOOD. PACK OK FOR SERVICE IAW AMM 21-51-31.
