UPON REMOVAL OF R2 DOOR SILL TO FOM FR68 FRAME REPLACEMENT FOUND DOOR SILL TO HAVE CORROSION AND MULTIPLE ELONGATED FASTENER HOL ES.  REMOVED AND REPLACED R2 DOOR SILL IAW A319 UAL SRM 51-44-11 AND 51-42-11.
