## Discrepancy

DURING NR 1 ENGINE WASH, NOTED A 10TH OGV DAMAGED.  CONFIRMED 10TH OGV DAMAGED WITH A CRACK MEASSURING 2 INCH. REPLACED AS REQUIRED, AS REFERENCE AMM DMC-B787-A-G72-21-03-01A-520A-A FOR REMOVAL AND AMM DMC-B787-A-G72-21-03-01A-720A-A FOR INSTALLATION. NO FURTHER ACTIONS ARE NEEDED, ITEM OK.
