DURING ENGINE NR 1 WASH, NOTED ON ACOUSTIC OUTER PANEL DAMAGED. AT 3 O'CLOCK POSITION. CONFIRMED DAMAGE AT ACOUSTIC OUTER PANEL DAMAGED ABOUT 3 O'CLOCK, MEASURING 18.5"LENGTH X  4.5"WIDE X 1" DEEP. DAMAGE NOT COVERED BY SRM LIMITS. REF AMM DMC-B787-A-G72-21-01-02A-280A-A DAMAGE BEYOND THE LIMITS. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACOUSTIC OUTER PANEL POSITION 3 O'CLOCK AS IAW DMC-B787-A-G72-21-01-02A-520A-A AND DMC-B787-A-G72-21-01-02A-720A-A, ACFT OK TO CONTINUE.
