## Discrepancy

DURING ETOPS CHECKS THE MECHANICS NOTICED NR 2 WHEEL WAS MISSING THE HUB CAP.  FOUND A PIECE OF HUB CAP ATTACHED AT THE 6 O'CLOCK POSITION SUGGESTING THE HUB CAP BROKE OFF AT SOME POINT. NO DAMAGE NOTED AT AFFECTED AREA. HUBCAP WAS REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT WAS DISPATCHED.  REPLACED MISSING HUB CAP ON JUNE 27 IN SFO.  HUB CAP INSTALLED NEW HUB CAP ON #2 MLG WHEEL REF IPC 32-45-01 AND AMM32-45-01.
