## Discrepancy

F/O WINDSHIED MADE POPPI G CRACKILN NOISE IN CLIMB PILOTS REPORT THAT NOISE STARTED AT 8000 FEET AND GOT LOUDER DURING CLIMB AT FO WINDSHIELD. NOISE NOTED AT 1 TO 2 O'CLOCK POSITION. AT 25,000 FT PILOTS DROPPED ALTITUDE, NOISE WAS INTERMITTANT MORE AS ALTITUDE DROPPED. NO ARCING OR BLUE LIGHT NOTED. PRESSURIZED CABIN TO DELTA 4 DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE IAW AMM 05-51-24-00A-280A-A. NO POPPING, CRACKLING, AIR ESCAPING, NOISE NOTED. NOT ABLE TO DUPLICATE FAULT,  PRESSURIZATION COMPLETED. PER TOMC PERFORMED TORQURE CHECK ON FO WINDHIELD BOLTS ALL BOLTS TORQURED IAW AMM 56-11-01. HUMP SEAL AT 1 OCLOCK POSITION REPAIRED. FOUND TOP OTBD CORNER OF R1 HUMP SEAL DAMAGED AND SEVERAL SPOTS DISBONDED. PERFORMED HUMP SEAL REPAIR IAW AMM 56-11-00.
