## Discrepancy

PILOT REPORTED CARGO FWD DOOR SHOWED OPEN. WHEN RETURNED TO GATE THE FWD CARGO DOOR AND HANDLE WERE FLUSH. MECHANICS FOUND DOOR HANDLE UNABLE TO EXTEND TO OPEN THE DOOR. WHEN OPENED USING THE TORQUE TUBE, FOUND BUNGEE CORD STUCK IN FWD EDGE OF DOOR ATTACHMENT POINT. REPAIRED BUNGEE SYSTEM. IN REF AMM TASK 52-31-00-200-801, DOOR AND DOOR INDICATION OPS CHECK GOOD.
