## Discrepancy

OVEN 412 SMELLS OF SMOKE.   PERFORMED OPS TEST OF THE OVEN 412 REF AMM TASK 25-34-00-400-801-C3, ODOR OF SMOKE STILL REMAINS. MEAL CARRIER AND TRAYS CLEAN. FOUND FAN ASSEMBLY INSIDE OVEN COVERED WITH COKE BUILDUP. UNABLE TO CLEAN.  REMOVED AND REPLACED OVEN 412, OPS CK GOOD IAW AMM 25-34-00-400-801-C3.
