ELEC STBY SYS FAIL AFTR ENG SHUTDOWN STRONG FUMES IN FLTDECK FLIGHT CREW REPORTED SMELL OF SMOKE, TURNED OFF RECIRC FAN TO CLEAR THE SMOKE. CABIN CREW COMPLAINED OF FUME IN THE CABIN. CREW OPENED WINDOW TO CLEAR THE ODOR OF FUME.  ELEC STBY SYS STS MSG WITH CORRELATED MX MESSAGE 24-13039, PERFORMED FIM 24-32 TASK 804, R & R TRANSFORMER RECTIFIER UNIT C1 RELAY K24017 REF AMM 24-32-09 ALL TESTS PASSED, MSG CLEARED WITH NO ACTIVE FAULTS. REF TO LP 9657829 FOR THE STRONG FUMES IN THE ADD 409294, U393679 FLT DECK CONDITIONAL INSPECTION.
