INSEAT EXIT LIGHT ROW 38C DOES NOT ILLUMINATE. REMOVED SEAT 38C EXIT PATH LIGHT FIXTURE LAMPS.  INSTALLED NEW CONDITION LAMPS AT ROW 38C EXIT PATH LIGHT FIXTURE.  OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME.  REF COLLINS CMM 25-22-55.
