LEFT WING OTBD TE AFT FLAP MISSING LARGE SECTION OF LOWER FLAP SURFACE, NO DAMAGE TO HONEYCOMB.  LT WING OTBD AFT FLAP SKIN MISSING HONEYCOMB SHOWING OK TO INSTALL LTT OTBD AFT FLAP. REMOVED LT AFT FLAP IAW AMM 27-51-22.   VERIFIED INSTALLATION OF LEFT OUTBD AFT FLAP PER AMM 27-51-22-400-801. VERIFIED ALL RIG PINS REMOVED.
