LEFT INBD FLAP TRAILING EDGE WEDGE LOWER SKIN COMPLETELY MISSING.  MEASUREMENTS ARE 29" X 14".  REMOVED FLAP WEDGE ASSEMBLY PER S.R.M. 57-53-01 PICKED UP FRAME MOUNTING HOLES AND SKIN FASTENER HOLES ON NEW WEDGE PANEL REF SRM 51-40-02.   LOCATED ALL HOLES, INSTALLED NUTPLATES AND PAINTED NEW LT INBD FLAP TRAILING EDGE WEDGE IAW SRM 51-40-02 AND SRM 51-20-01.
