OVEN 606 GENERATED HEAVY  BLACK SMOKE WHEN  OPERATING.  REMOVED TRAYS FROM OVEN & CLEARED DEBRIS FROM BOTTOM AND BACK TO PERFORM OPS TEST IAW AMM 25-32-02-200-802-001. WHITE SMOKE CAME OUT WITHIN ONE MINUTE OF STARTING WARMING CYCLE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE OVEN. OPS CHKD GOOD IAW AMM 25-32-02.
