CRACK INDICATION FOUND ON RT HORIZONTAL STAB.LOWER SKIN, FWD OF AFT SPAR FASTENER ROW, 3 INCHES OTBD OF HSS 120.30.   REMOVED ONE PRE-EXISTING DOUBLERS & 3 FILLERS. CUT AND REMOVED CRACK. NDT CONFIRMED CRACK WAS REMOVED, PREVIOUS CUTOUT & OUTER ROW FASTENERS FROM PRE-EXISTING REPAIR ARE GOOD. FABRICATED NEW DOUBLER INCORPORATING PREVIOUS REPAIR AND ONE NEW FILLER. INSTALLED FILLERS AND DOUBLER IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11 AND SRM 51-40-02.
