INSTALLED TRANSITION PANEL REMOVED FOR ACCESS AND NEW WEB AFT CARGO COMP BS 1380 - 1440 LOWER SEAL AREA IAW SRM 51-40-02 -OG. AND FABRICATED NEW WEB AT AFT CARGO BS 1400 TO 1420 DWG 14 6N5401.
