LEFT WING,  DURING OK TO CLOSE OF ACCESS PANEL 524AT, OBSERVED THE END RIB CRACKED AT NR 3 SLAT.  OSS 684 - 043 (INBD END OF SLAT 3).  REMOVED, FABRICATED, & INSTALLED THE RIB, WAS ACCOMPLISHED IAW NR 3601211.
