BLENDED & EVALUATED SCRATCH ON LT PRIMARY STATIC PORT,  LOCATED BTW BS 411.3 AND 2.5" BELOW OF S15L, FOUND WITHIN LIMITS, PERFORMED NDT INSPECTION,  NO CRACKS SIGNAL NOTED,  APPLIED ALODINE, REVIEWED THE AERODYNAMIC SMOOTHNESS, THE SMOOTHNESS WAS SATISFACTORY AND NOT DECREASE IN THE PERFORMANCE, MEASURED THE SKIN WAVINESS FOUND TO BE WITHIN LIMITS IAW SRM 53-30-01-1A-2,  SRM 51-20-13-0G-0,  SRM 51-20-01-0G-0,  SRM 51-10-01-0G-0,  AMM 34-11-02-200-802.
