## Discrepancy

RAMP REPORTS SPARKS, SMOKE, AND FLAMES COMING FROM THE LT HORIZONTAL STAB, ABOUT HALF WAY OUT FROM FUSELAGE.   REINSTALLED ORIGINAL LOGO LIGHT, OPENED & COLLARED CB P18-3 A15.  REMOVED POWER FROM LIGHT, FIRE DEPARTMENT MEASURED TEMP AT 200F & THERE WERE DEAD BUGS IN AREA OF LIGHT. PUT POWER BACK ON & LIGHT OPS NORMAL WITH NO SPARKS OR FLAMES.
