REQUEST MEL 3351H APPROVED COMPLIED WITH MEL. *DM8 ADDED TO MATERIAL LIST 1 EA 29-3326-3-0013 LIGHT, SEAT, WH IN CASE NEEDED. FOUND SEAT 36C EMERGENCY AISLE PATH LIGHT ALSO INOP. FOUND PINCHED RED POWER WIRE AT SEAT 36C. SPLICED WIRE BACK TOGETHER. FOUND BLACK GROUND WIRE PINCHED AND BROKEN AT SEAT 35C. SPLICED WIRE BACK TOGETHER. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPERATE NORMAL. REF AMM 33-51-05 AND SWPM 20-30-00.
