RT VERTICAL STAB EXTERNAL SURFACE OF LWR TORQUE BOX SKIN FROM FSS 92.250-FSS 270.784 HAS NUMEROUS DENTS (APPROX 100+).  VERTICAL STAB RH VERTICAL TORQUE BOX PANEL. REMOVED AND REPLACED 175N2001U4 TORQUE BOX PANEL COMMON TO NETIO RT STAB IAW SRM 51-40-02-OG.
