LEFT ELEVATOR UPPER SKIN HAS A WATER INGRESS INDICATION AT 122" FROM IB EDGE, 18" FROM T/E, AND 2" DIA.  REPAIRED THE LT ELEVATOR UPPER SKIN IAW SRM 55-21-11- 300-005, & REO L25982 CATEGORY A REPAIR.
