LEFT HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN HAD A CRACK INDICATION.   COMPLETED REPAIR ON LT HORIZONTAL SKIN 25 INCH AFT OF L/E AT BS 147.9 IAW SRM 55-10-01-REPAIR 11.   REPAIR HAS AN INSPECTION THRESHOLD OF 56000 FLIGHT CYCLES WITH A DVI AND EXTERNAL LFEC AT AN ITERVAL OF 9000 FLIGHT CYCLES CONCURRENT.
