RIGHT FWD STRIKER PLATE FOR H/P PNUMATIC DOOR 192,  DOOR LOOSE AND MISSING RIVET HEADS.  REMOVED STRIKER PLATE & FOUND CHORD WORN INTO BEYOND ALLOWABLE LIMITS.  MAJOR REPAIR, REMOVED SEAL & RETAINER TO GAIN ACCESS TO DAMAGED AREA IAW SRM 51-40-02,  CUT OUT THE DAMAGED AREA IAW SRM 57-10-13-2R-3, REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS PARA E.   PERFORMED HFEC OF REPAIR AREA CUTOUT AND ROTOHOLE SCAN ON NUTPLATE HOLES, NO CRACKS NOTED.  MADE INSURANCE CUT TO CUT OUT IAW STEP 4. F, & FLAP PEENED THE REWORKED AREA IAW STEP 4. H OF SRM 57-10-13 2R-3.  FABRICATED SHIM (ITEM 6) TABLE 201,  MADE REPAIR PARTS.  COMPLETED INSTALLATION OF REPAIR PARTS. ALL STEPS COMPLETED UP TO 4 (C) EXCEPT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SHIM ITEM 6 FIGURE 201.
