LEFT PACK TRIP OFF AFTER LDG,  ACCOMPANIED BRIEFLY WITH A BURNING ODOR. DISSIPATED QUICKLY. TURNED ON LT PACK, NO INLET SUCTION FROM RAM AIR INLET, AND  NO EXHAUST (HIGHLY STRONGLY SUSPECT LEFT ACM FAILURE ). NO DAMAGE TO BYPASS DOOR.  PACK EXHAUST PATH CLEAR . R & R LEFT ACM IAW AMM 21-51-04-400-801-001. OPS & LEAK CHKD GOOD.  LT ACM OPS NORMAL WITH BOTH HOT & COLD.
