SUSPECTED POTABLE WATER LEAK AFTER DEPARTURE,  RATE 1GAL/10 SECS.   FOUND WATER LEAKAGE FROM AFT WATER PUMP.  REPLACED AFT WATER PUMP, OPS CHKD OK. IAW AMM DMC-B787-A-38-15-07-00A-720A-A.
