## Discrepancy

PUNCTURE BETWEEN AFT CARGO DOOR AND R3 ENTRY DOOR ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF ACFT.   DAMAGE LOCATED BTWN  BS 1439 & 1461 IAW SRM 53-00-00-0G-0.  FOUND DAMAGE TO BE 5.4 INCH LONG BY 2.6 INCH WIDE, ON BS 1439 - 1461, STR 21-22R.  DAMAGE IS OUT OF LIMITS IAW SRM 53-00-01-1A-1, TABLE 1.   ACCOMPLISHED STEPS 1-3 IAW SRM 53-00-01-2R-14. REMOVAL OF DAMAGE & NECESSARY FASTENERS.  HFEC CW ON INSURANCE CUT IAW PART 6 51-00-19,  NO DEFECTS NOTED.  OK TO CONTINUE. IAW SRM 53-00-01-2R-14, TABLE 1.  HFRC CW ON EXISTING FASTENERS REMOVED IAW PART 6 51-00-16, NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME. OK TO CONTINUE.
