## Discrepancy

RIGHT HORIZ STAB LOWER SKIN IS CRACKED ON THE INBD SIDE OF THE RIB AT STAB STA 147.9 APPROX 15" FWD OF THE AFT SPAR.   COMPLETED REPAIR AT RT HORZ STAB HSS 147.9  IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11, REPAIR II.  A CATEGORY B REPAIR.
