## Discrepancy

RIGHT HORIZONTAL STAB LOWER SKIN IS CRACKED ON THE INBD SIDE OF THE RIB AT HSS 147.9 APPROX 8" AFT OF THE FWD SPAR.   COMPLETED REPAIR DOUBLER AT RT HSS 147.9 IAW SRM 55-10-01-2R-11, REPAIR II. IS A CATERGORY B REPAIR.
