FWD GALLEY OVEN (205) REQUIRES REPLACEMENT DO TO FUMES.   REMOVED FWD GALLEY OVEN 205. INSPECTED AREA, ELEC CONNECTIONS, AAC CLEANED ANY DIRT, GRIM, & DEBRIS.  INSTALLED NEW OVEN IAW AMM 25-32-03/501.  OVEN IS BAD FROM STOCK. WILL NOT STAY ON,  TRYED SWITCHED WITH OVEN 204 PROBLEM FOLLOWED.  DEFFERED FWD GALLEY OVEN 205. COLLARED CB, APPLIED INOP STICKER. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD GALLEY OVEN 205 IAW AMM 25-32-03. OPS CHKD OK.
