OPS CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS,  EXIT LIGHT SIGN ADJACENT TO LAV D INOPERATIVE.   REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EXIT SIGN IAW AMM 33-51-01. OPS CHKD GOOD.
