## Discrepancy

MUSTY SOCK ODOR ON FLIGHT DECK AND FWD ECONOMY CABIN MOST PRONOUNCED DURING DECENT PIREP DIRTY SOCK ODOR STRONG THROUGHOUT FLIGHT, STRONGEST ON DESCENT. ON WALKAROUND, NOTED OIL STREAKING FROM LEFT PACK EXHAUST ALL THE WAY BACK TO TAIL.   REMOVED E1 INLET SPINNER CONE REF AMM 72-11-01-000-801-A. FOUND OIL LEAKAGE FROM FAN SHAFT COVER.  REMOVED AND REPLACED O-RING ON FAN SHAFT COVER IAW AMM 72-15-00, UPTO AND INCLUDING STEP 5.A.(3).
