PDA 2 ENG #1 FAN BLADE FAIRING NUMBER 13 DAMAGED.  NR 13 FAN EXIT FAIRING REPLACED IAW AMM 72-31-03-000-801-N00 & 72-31-03-400-801-N00.  FOUND ENG 1 FAN BLADE NR 13 FAIRING DAMAGED.   PERFORMED FOD INSPECTION IAW AMM 72-00-00-210-808N02 THRU STEP G, NO OTHER DAMAGE OR PIECES FOUND.  WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 72-31-03-000-801-N00 & 72-31-03-400-801-N00.
