## Discrepancy

UPON ARRIVAL, FLIGHT 3851 IAD TO PNS AND SUBSEQUENT INSPECTION, FOUND LARGE PIECE OF NR 1 INBD REVERSER SLEEVE GRAPHITE SKIN MATERIAL MISSING.  AREA MEASURES 23" X 13.5" OR 310.5SQ IN. REVERSER SLEEVE TO BE REPLACED. REVERSER SLEEVE WAS REPLACED ON NON- ROUTINE 21031, AND ROTABLE PARTS TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED ON ELB 3229678. NR 1 INBD THRUST REVERSER SLEEVE REPLACED ON STA NR21031. PDA ITEM CAN BE CLEARED.
