OVEN/WARMER  SMOKING.  OVEN 710 HAD SMOKE AND BURNING ODOR. TURNED OVEN OFF & SMOKE & ODOR DISIPATED. OVEN TAPED CLOSED & NON USABLE. PRELIMINARY INSPECTION OF THE OVEN / WARMER, BURNING OVEN.  CLEANED THE OVEN / WARMER,  REMOVED ALL FOOD THAT WAS STUCK IN THE OVEN HEATER FAN, PERFORMED AN OPS CHK,   OPS CHKD GOOD, NO SMOKE  IAW AMM 25-32-00-12A-999A-A,
