## Discrepancy

UPPER SIDE PANEL LITES OUT OVER SEATS 14F 18F 9A 3F 1A CONFIRMED SIDEWALL LIGHTS ARE OUT AT SEATS 14F, 18F, 9A,3F & 1A.  CABIN INTERIOR ILLUMINATION SYSTEM LIGHTING IS SUFFICIENT FOR CABIN ATTENDANTS TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES AND AT LEAST 75 PERCENT OF THE NIGHT LIGHTS OPERATE NORMALLY, PLACARD APPLIED. REMOVED AND REPLACED SIDEWALL LAMPS AT SEATS 14F,18F,9A,AND 3F. OPS CHKD GOOD. IAW AMM 33-21-30-962-001-003. REPLACED LAMP AT SEAT 1A,BUT DID NOT FIX. 1A REQUIRES MORE TROUBLESHOOTING. LAMPS REPLACED. OPS CHKD GOOD. 1A SIDE WALL LAMP BALLAST CHANGED. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 33-21-00.
