ON TAKE OFF AROUND 85KTS WE GOT VENT SKIN FAULT. AFTR INITIAL EC AM ACTION S.VENT BLOWER/EXTRACT POST FLIGHT REPORTS VENT SKIN VALVE FAULT ATA2126, VENT BLOWER FAULT ATA2126, AND VENT EXTRACT FAULT ATA2126 SEE ATTACHED.  REF TSM 21-26-00-810-853-A AND 21-26-00-810-845-A ACCOMPLISHED AVEC TEST REF AMM TASK 21-26-00-710-001-A, TEST OK. DUE TO PREVIOUS REPORTS, SUGGEST REPLACEMENT OF THE AVEC TASK 21-26-34-400-001-A BEFORE FURTHER FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED AEVC IN REF TO AMM TASK 21-26-34. OPS CHECK PASSED.
