## Discrepancy

OVEN 204 SMOKING,  FA NOT SURE IF IT WAS RESIDUAL FOOD OR MAINT ISSUE.   CLEANED AND RESET OVEN 204, WHEN OPERATING OVEN, A PECULIAR ODOR WAS NOTICED AS OVEN OPERATED. WHEN OVEN OFF, ODOR WAS GONE. SUSPECT FAULTY OVEN AND REQUESTING OVEN 204 MEL. OVEN 204, CB COLLARED AND OVEN DEACTIVATED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED GALLEY OVEN G21 IAW AMM 25-32-03 . OPS CHKD GOOD.
