RIGHT HORIZONTAL STAB, IN-SPAR HSS 92.7, NR 3 & 4 STIFFENERS TRANSITION RADIUS & HSS 111.10, NR 3 STIFFENER, CRACKED.  REPAIR OVER 5LBS. WEIGHT AND BALANCE CHANGE FORM WAS COMPLETED. WEIGHT CHANGE IS 8.763LBS.+/-.   REPAIRED THE DAMAGE IAW 55-10-09-2R-4 AND SRM 55-10-01-2R-11.
