FOUND A CRACK ON RH HORIZONTAL STAB INSPAR RIB LOWER SECTION OF STIFFENER NR 2 HSS 92.7.  REPAIRED THE DAMAGE IAW SRM 55-10-09-2R-5, SRM SRM 55-10-01-2R-11, & SRM 55-10-01-2R-11.
