FWD RT LATCH FOR H/P DOOR 192, DOOR WAS WORN INTO CHORD.   DAMAGE IS BEYOND ALLOWABLE DAMAGE LIMITS AND WILL REQUIRE SRM REPAIR 57-10-13-2R-3.  MARKED MAJOR REPAIR AND RII INITIATED. COMPLIED WITH STEPS 4 A-E 1. REQUIRE NDT CUTOUT FOR CRACKS AND 5/32 HOLE SCAN IAW SRM 57-10-13-2R-3. PERFORMED HFEC ROTARY SCAN OF 5/32 HOLES IAW NDT 51-00-00 PROC 16 & PERFORMED HFEC SURFACE INSP IAW NDT 51-00-00 PROC 23.   NO LIMITING DEFECTS NOTED.  FABRICATED A REPAIR IAW STEP I OF SRM 57-10-13-2R-3. INSTALLED THE REPAIR IAW SRM 57-10-13-2R-3.
